In the stylish hotel's main dining area, you can enjoy a variety of dishes that make the most of the flavor of carefully selected ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere that is unique to the hotel.

This is a class on table manners that incorporates dining etiquette and basic cutlery while incorporating a fun touch of Western culture.
We also offer a flambéed dessert that children can enjoy visually.

Profile Western Cuisine "Bella Vista" Assistant Manager Sei Yamamura
Joined New Otani Co., Ltd. in 1998.
After joining the company, he worked in banquet service and at the all-day dining restaurant SATSUKI, before transferring to Tour d'Argent Tokyo, the world's only branch of the 400-year-old grand maison Tour d'Argent in Paris, France, in 2003. During his 17 years there, he learned French cuisine, the foundation of Western cuisine, and explored Western culture (history, food culture, classical music, philosophy, religion, etc.). He also worked at the Akasaka Palace State Guest House, where he was in charge of welcoming guests from Japan and abroad.
In 2020, he was transferred to the Western restaurant "Bella Vista" where he currently serves as assistant manager and table manners instructor, helping various customers enjoy the relaxed atmosphere that only a hotel can provide.
